Hello and welcome to another post, this time I am giving my first impressions of a App called Piccing. I have never heard of this App before so I didn't know what to expect. I have seen a few people describing it as Pinterest and I think I would agree. One of the differences with this App is that you can mark and buy things.

What it does:

Well this is a free App so the first thing you need to do is download it and my a profile you can use Facebook or Email. You can search through a whole list of different categories from the homepage and if you find a picture you like you can ether picc it or mark it. You can also search for images in that search bar that interest you for example lipsticks, perfumes, hairstyles etc. You can also upload your own pictures using the camera or importing them, and you can do this by the App or their website.

One thing that I like about this App is that if you find a picture that you like, you can "Picc" it and if their is something on the picture like a necklace for example you can mark it. Some of the pictures are marked with orange circles.The orange circles mean that you can tap on a marked item and browse similar items, 

For example if there is a shirt you like you can search ones that are similar to the one that you like. Also you can click on any items you want and it will take you to the site (out of the App) to buy the items you want.

What I like about this App:

I do like this, it is a fun app, and it does remind me alot of pinterest which I use alot. I think that this is also a very good app to get inspiration for. It would give you alot of idea's, ways to decorate your home or outfit ideas. I would use the home category and find inspiration for my bedroom.

What needs work / What I don't like.

I did notice when I clicked on a item that was marked some of the items were not similar to what I was looking for. For example I search peace necklace to see different styles and see what ones I liked, but I had things like coloured hair styles and large statement necklaces pop up, It would be better if the items you look for, where more similar to the items that you marked. 

One more little thing I didn't like much was that I is a bit complicated to work for the younger crowd, my little sister couldn't work it when she was looking on it. 

My final rating:

I  would highly recommend this app if you are someone who enjoys instagram. I think it is like instagram its just a more advanced version, This is a very good app to get inspiration from and if you are someone who enjoys fashion and beauty then this is a very good App.
